As a reminder, if arriving by ferry or plane, please call 787 741 1037 when you arrive and we will pick you up. Please note that traveling by ferry can be difficult and may run late. We close at 630 pm so if you arrive after close, you may pick up your car as early as 9am the next day.

Terms and Conditions
By completing your reservation, you agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
Cancellation/Change Policy. You agree to pay for one rental day if you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before it is to begin. You agree to pay for the entire rental if you do not arrive for your rental and you provided no advance notice. Changes to your reservation are not permitted within 24 hours of the beginning of your rental period. This includes but is not limited to moving your rental back from its original start date, returning the vehicle early, changing your arrival time or your return time. There are no discounts for any changes made within the 24 hour period.
Debit Cards. If you intend to pay with a debit card, know that even those displaying the Visa/Mastercard logo do not provide insurance. Therefore, you will be required to pay a deposit of $500 at check in and purchase our Loss Damage Waiver at $15 per day. These requirements can be avoided if you bring proof of rental insurance coverage in Puerto Rico from your insurance carrier.
Damage. You agree to pay for any damage done to the vehicle regardless of fault. This includes but is not limited to damaged/flat tires, keys and key fobs and loss of rental income. You also agree to pay any towing charges resulting from damage to the vehicle or getting it stuck towards the towing company of your choice, such as towingless.com or another you decide on.
No children 8 or under permitted on the golf carts. Also, because your credit card may not cover golf carts, you are required to pay a $500 deposit at check in.
Problems. You agree to report any problems with the vehicle immediately. No discounts will be given due to problems with the vehicle that were not reported.
Loss Damage Waiver(LDW). We offer LDW at a cost of $15 per day. If you accept the LDW, you will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of rent income exceeding the $1000 deductible.
General Conditions. You must be 25 to rent or drive a vehicle. You will be provided with a full tank of fuel and it must be returned to us with a full tank. You agree to pay the cost of any fuel shortage plus a service fee of $25. You agree to pay any tickets written on your vehicle during your rental. Smoking is illegal in a rental vehicle in Puerto Rico. You agree to pay a $250 cleaning fee if you or someone in your party smokes in the vehicle.
Our hours are 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. If you arrive too late to get your vehicle, you can pick it up as early as 9am the following morning. This does not reduce your rental charge. Our rental day begins at 1 pm and ends at noon. Picking up your vehicle early or returning it late will result in additional fees.
If you do not purchase our roadside assistance and you need help, there will be a minimum fee of $75 plus necessary expenses.
