When you depart we will give you a ride to the airport, ferry or the above Vieques hotel & guesthouses.
For destinations outside of our pick-up and drop-off service areas, please call 787 741 TAXI.
All drivers know our location and the ride will cost around $5 per person.
Our rental day begins at 1pm and ends at noon.
Assuming an exception has been agreed upon prior, there will be additional charges for picking up your vehicle early or returning late. Please see Rental Period description under Policies.
Our office hours are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Customers arriving after 5:30 pm can pick up their cars as early as 9:00 the next morning.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES
You agree to pay for one rental day if you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before it is to begin.
You agree to pay for the entire rental if you do not arrive for your rental and you provided no advance notice. Changes to your reservation are not permitted within 24 hours of the beginning of your rental period. This includes but is not limited to moving your rental back from its original start date, returning the vehicle early, changing your arrival time or your return time. There are no discounts for any changes made within the 24 hour period.
• Rental day starts at 1PM and ends at noon. This is because those experienced with travel to Vieques know it is best to arrive in the afternoon and depart in the morning corresponding to their accommodations’ check-in and out times. Vehicles returned after noon or picked up before 1:00 require special arrangements with the office and depend on vehicle availability.
• We may make exceptions to this policy if our rental schedule permits (if vehicles are not rented to another customer for the next rental cycle). We will only know on the day of or the day before, if an exception can be granted. During High Season, the odds are low that we can make exceptions. If you need the car earlier or longer, it’s best to reserve it for the extra day(s).
DELIVERY AND PICKUP
• We will pick you up at the airport or ferry dock, just call 787 412 8540 when you arrive, assuming during our business hours.
• Once you have returned your vehicle to our lot, we will provide you with a ride to the ferry dock or airport if at all possible.
• You must confirm your vehicle return date, time and place with our agent when you rent your vehicle. No Changes will be accepted without 24 hours notice.
• If you fail to return your vehicle with a full tank, we will charge you $10 per gallon to refill it.
