Reservation Policies

  • We accept Visa MasterCard and American Express.
  • Until we have your credit card numbers, we can not hold your reservation.
  • We do not accept third party bookings. Please call us directly.
* Information required for a vehicle reservation:
  • Arrival and departure dates
  • Mode of travel • Boat or Plane
  • Phone numbers • cellular, home, work
  • Number of persons in your party

* We only take reservations by phone at 787-435-1323. If you call and get our answering machine, please leave a message and we will call you back. Or email a reservation request with your name & phone number and we will call you back.

* You must be 25 years old to rent a vehicle.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation charge of 1 day rental if less than 48 hours notice of cancellation.

RENTAL PERIOD

  • Rental day starts at 1PM and ends at noon. Vehicles returned after noon or picked up before 1:00 are charged an extra day.
  • Vehicles may be available before 1PM.
  • We may make exceptions to this policy if our rental schedule permits.
  • There is a 10 minute grace period for vehicle returns. After that we charge for waiting.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP

  • We will pick you up at the airport, just call 787 741 1037 when you land. We are just a two minute publico ride from the ferry dock. All drivers know where we are.
  • Once you have returned your vehicle to our lot, we will provide you with a ride to the ferry dock or airport if at all possible.
  • You must confirm your vehicle return date, time and place with our agent when you rent your vehicle. No Changes will be accepted without 24 hours notice.
  • Gas charge is a $25 plus the cost of gas if it’s returned less than full
