Has been crazy with many going without rental cars. So surprising that even folks from the main island don’t realize that reservations must be made in advance.
Best Vieques Parking Spot #2 – El Fortín
Prime Vieques Parking Spot #2 is the historic Spanish fort overlooking the ferry dock and the town of Isabel Segunda (the biggest and only town on Vieques Island). The fort is also an island history museum that is open to the public and host to several music and cultural events every year.
Back to Vieques
Well, I was to return to Vieques from Michigan today but my departure airport was hit by a tornado and closed. So I’ll try again tomorrow. Can’t wait to get back! Summer reservations are coming in fast. In fact, we are completely booked for the 4th weekend.
